2. PURPOSES, LEGITIMIZATION AND CONSERVATION OF THE DATA PROCESSING SENT THROUGH:

  • INFORMATION REQUEST FORMS (DOWNLOAD INFORMATION DOSSIER).
    • Purpose: To give an opportunity to contact us and provide with information about our products, services and activities, if you click the Accept box.
    • Legitimation: The user’s consent when they provide us with information through our application form and check the box accepting that information be sent to the user.
    • Conservation: Once the request has been resolved through our form or answered by email, until you ask to be unsubscribed.
  • TEST APPLICATION FORM.
    • Purpose: To give a possibility to try a test version of our online services and to be able to keep you informed of our products, services and activities, including by electronic means, if you click the Accept box.
    • Legitimation: The user’s consent when they provide us with information through our contact form and check the box accepting that information be sent to the user.
    • Conservation: Once the test version was done if a new processing hasn’t been generated. If it will be accepted you will received commercial sending until you ask to be unsubscribed.

    • Legitimation: The consent of the user to be registered through our registration form if the user clicks the Accept box.
